In my forty plus years of working with customers in the telecommunications and real estate industries the most important thing I’ve learned is how to listen to what they want and need, how to ask the right questions and listen for the answers without trying to influence them. Having lived in NW Indiana and SW Michigan for most of my life, I understand and have experienced all the beauty and benefits this area has to offer. I raised my family here, and now they are raising theirs in the same places. There are many reasons why people stay here, and I want to help others find that same joy and have it centered around their home.
